Baby Gold Beetroot
A unique variation of the classic red beetroot, the fiery colour of both raw and cooked gold beetroot provides a ‘wow’ factor to any meal.
Here, we grow it to a baby size, increasing the scope of use. Whilst the raw baby beetroot is excellent shredded as a salad, the bite-size beets are ideal for roasting whole, bringing out their natural sweetness with minimal preparation.
Baby beetroot are more uniform in size, making portion size and quantity easier to control.
